What is AutoFlow?

AutoFlow is a management tool for car rental hosts and fleet managers. It centralizes rentals, revenue, expenses, maintenance, tax estimates and profitability indicators for each vehicle.

Does AutoFlow work with Getaround, Turo and Roadstr?

Yes. You can track Getaround, Turo and Roadstr rentals in AutoFlow. Automatic import via forwarded email currently supports Getaround and Turo confirmations; other rentals can be added and tracked in the app.

How does automatic rental import work?

Forward your Getaround or Turo confirmation emails to the import address provided by AutoFlow. Dates, prices, fees and the platform are then used to create or update the matching rental.

Is AutoFlow really free?

Yes. The Free plan lets you manage 1 vehicle with no credit card and no time limit. Pro and Premium are available at €6.99 and €12.99 per month when you need more.

Can I track profitability for each vehicle?

Yes. The Dashboard lets you analyze revenue, expenses, net income and occupancy, with filters by period, vehicle and platform to compare fleet performance.

Does AutoFlow file my taxes?

No. AutoFlow provides a tax estimate based on the tax regime configured in your account and the revenue and expenses you record. It helps with management decisions but does not replace a tax filing or professional accounting advice.
